Where we begin
We love discovering places, noticing details and imagining the lives that have passed through them. Photography invites us to look more closely; history makes us wonder what came before. Science fiction opens up another question: what might exist, somewhere else?
Some journeys cannot be booked. Walking through a vanished city. Watching the sun rise on another planet. Encountering a future that might one day exist.
Wanderlore grew from the desire to tell the stories of these journeys: the ones no one has ever taken.
We believe the desire to understand should carry us beyond the limits of space and time. Where we cannot yet go, we can begin to imagine.
Our passions, on the same journey
- Travel and photography. Curiosity about places and the details that change how we see them.
- History and science fiction. Traces of the past and possibilities of the future, explored through stories.
- Technology. The tools that help us give shape to ideas that seemed out of reach until recently.
Us, artificial intelligence and the Voyagers
We bring our passions together with artificial intelligence tools to shape places, characters, images and stories. Technology helps us explore; we choose which stories we want to share.
Wanderlore's Voyagers are fictional narrative voices, each with a different way of seeing the worlds they travel through. They are not people who have actually visited those places. Even when they draw on history or science, our journeys are works of imagination.
A home that is growing
Wanderlore is a personal project. We started with two milestones that have already been paid for:
- €500 · Hosting, domain and first content. The foundations for bringing the first journeys online.
- €200 · A used Mac mini. The first computer dedicated to the project's home.
These are €700 in initial expenses already covered, separate from new donations and funds still available.
Our next hardware goal is capped at €3,000 to expand this home and host the AI agents that help maintain the website and content. Before choosing a configuration, we will assess what is needed beyond the Mac already purchased. Running costs will remain separate from the hardware fund.
We would also love to turn some universes into small narrative explorations that are free to play. This is an idea to develop and test, not a promised release.
If you would like to join us
Every story is free, in Italian and English. If a journey has stayed with you, you can support us with a voluntary donation through Stripe. Support contributes to project expenses. Expenses already covered and the future hardware goal are listed separately.
Support Wanderlore — donate on Stripe
Donating does not provide access to exclusive content or services. Sharing a story with someone who might enjoy it is another way to join us on the journey.
